The Missions Department for the church is up and running for the 2025 year of giving. We are excited to announce that for the 2024 year, we met 5 goals of Mission Giving, and we will be receiving a Certificate honoring that effort. What an accomplishment for the year. Congratulations to the Church for all of your giving.  

January started us off with the Sanctity of Human Life fundraiser. People took home baby bottles and brought them back to the church with donations for the Royal Home in Falcon, NC. We are pleased to announce that $400 was raised for this project! Thank you for your giving!! Also, this year we collected commodities to go to the Royal Home. Thanks for giving!

The month of February will be a special time for all of your Valentines. Celebrate that special someone, either if honor of or in memory of, by purchasing a valentine for $3 a name. Buy one or many to celebrate those loved ones!! All will be displayed on the Valentine Tree in the Vestibute of the Church. All proceeds from this will go to benefit our Go-Offering to Missions. 

In March, the Missions Department held a Stew Sale. It was a huge success. Many thanks to those who participated by selling stew, going to get it, setting up the Fellowship Hall for the Sale, and those that took money, manned the tables, packed the stew to go, or delivered it to the cars. You are a blessing to us!

April brought those beautiful Easter Lillies to our Sanctuary once again. These were purchased in honor or remembrance of those loved ones. Thank you to all who participated in this event. 17 Lillies were adorning our Altar on Easter Sunday.

Our second Hot Dog Dinner and Auction was also held in April. We raised $1,805 towards our goal of $6,000. Our church is ranked 117 out of 1,000 other PH Churches in Missions giving!! Congratulations Church!!  

More projects are planned as the year progresses, so please stay tuned for updated information.

DID YOU KNOW THAT NORTH CAROLINA IS #1 IN THE NATION FOR GIVING LAST YEAR????  South Carolina is trying to edge us out, so, let’s keep that status rolling for this year as well!! 

We will be collecting names for the Father's Day bouquet. Please pick up a sheet, fill out, and give it bak to Bev. You may turn your money in the collection plate marked Go-Offering, Father's Day. The cost is $3.00 for each name. All proceeds go to the Go-Offering.
